Craven Dairy Auction (7 head)
Not quite the exceptional show of last fortnight but a trade equivalent to it. A mixed show of cows and heifers found a ready audience ringside with the Champion a 2nd Calved MVP daughter from Brian Moorhouse found numerous bidders with the final bid eventually coming from Ken Throup of Woofa Bank. The reserve a wearing Friesian type heifer from Richard Close of Starbotton sold very nicely heading home with John Howard of Heslaker at £1600.
