Rearing Calves to £435 (44)

B&W av £67.50 Cont av £368.4 Native av £195

A flying trade for continentals today with British Blue bulls from Moons of Wigglesworth watching their 10 British Blues receive a storming trade with all British Blue bulls averaging £411.7 and with the ringside of buyers today you could have sold a heap more. Black and Whites again a cracking trade with the top Friesian from John and Rob Marshall topping at £160 and plenty of strong B&W’s knocking on towards the £100 barrier a few bobby calves tempered the trade but still a healthy average at £67.50 for all goods.

Blue Heifers were a cracking trade also with a packet of men chasing the good calves with anything well reared quickly bid into the £350’s.
