A lighter show of sheep met with a decent trade on the day to be sold along similar to last week.

Top of the shop was George Sunderland with a pen of 6 Texel crosses at £109 purchased by Kendall Farm Butchers of Harrogate and Pateley Bridge. David Pawson of Blackburn made £105 of Texels to Keelham Farmshop whilst the same buyers also paid £105 for a super pen off Terry Blackwell from Silsden. Vivers Scotlamb bought two lots from Ian Marsden of Hoylandswaine for £105 and £104 to complete the three figure prices. Top pence per kilo was 250p for a pen of 7 Beltex weighing 36kg from Neil Tattersall of Ellerton at £90 which were purchased by Andrew Atkinson for Hartshead Meats.
