MACHINERY
A larger entry met a fast trade with the vehicles and tractors selling extremely well. Top price of the day was £4750 for a 6ft dumper consigned by I Coles of Gargrave. Also meeting spirited bidding was a MF65 tractor which was offered by RH Stapleton of Silsden making £2200. Several pickups, quads and caravans also found new homes.
Trailers peaked at £1550 for an IW Cattle Box and many more could have been sold to advantage. An Arena Grade made £680 with no less than 5 people bidding for it. Interesting to note that the vendor had rung up to ask if it would attract any interest at the agri trader sale! We have customers for most things.
