Fortnightly Catalogue Sale of Store Lambs & Breeding Sheep

CCM Auctions reports a sharp trade for store sheep at the opening sale of the new year. Best sorts were keenly contested with either side of £70 seen for strong lowland lambs, and Mules topping at £64 for a pen full of 80 wethers. Entries required for next sale with feeders keen to keep fields full due to a good supply of beet.
Next Sale is Wednesday 24th January
Entry of 1500 expected Including Store Sheep of all classes, In lamb Ewes and Geld Hoggs. Entries include 60 Mule Shlgs inlamb to Texel scanned Twins to Texel due March, 80 NC Cheviot Geld Gimmer Hoggs.
Entries close Monday at 4pm. Further entries of inlamb sheep and geld hoggs alongside store sheep invited
