FORTNIGHTLY SALE OF YOUNG FEEDING BULLS, STORE BULLOCKS & HEIFERS, BREEDING CATTLE

Comprising: 180 Young Feeding Bulls, 229 Bullocks & Heifers, 3 Breeding Cattle
CCM Auctions held a special Christmas Prize Show & Sale of Store Cattle at Skipton Mart on Wednesday which attracted a great December entry of over 400 head. With the show kindly sponsored by Fearing, the 4 classes were keenly contested and as the prices suggest there were some quality cattle on offer.

CCM Auctions held a special Christmas Prize Show & Sale of Store Cattle at Skipton Mart on Wednesday which attracted a great December entry of over 400 head. With the show kindly sponsored by Fearing, the 4 classes were keenly contested and as the prices suggest there were some quality cattle on offer. Young Bulls were forward in larger numbers and met with a great trade to level up at £930 across the board. The entry of bullocks and heifers were varied in age and size. Strong cattle sold well, slightly dearer than previous sales, whilst the suckled calves easily up kept recent rates.
