CRAVEN DAIRY AUCTION (30 head)
Despite the inclement weather, good commercial and pedigree dairy cattle were out in force. The quality of entries was such that it took Brian Moorhouse, Bell Busk considerable time to sift through and find his winner, a Newly Calven Pedigree Heifer from Jeremy Taylor of Smallhouse, Broughton. The Champion animal went on to reach a price of £2420, finding a new home with Mr Blockley of Tarvin, Cheshire. A good entry met a stiff trade which carried right through the sale. Entries for Next fortnight Welcome.
