A good number forward again for the Wednesday Store Lamb sale with an overall average of 58.18 with Texels averaging £60.02 and Suffolks £63.83 right through. Again Mules were on the receiving end of a good trade averaging £55.65 and topping with a pen from James and Deborah Hall of Darnbrook at £62 and Phillip Mudd of Buckden at £60.50 with a lot of strong framed lambs £55+ right through the day. John Smith of Carleton topped the day at £102, £100 with two pens of texel gimmer lambs with handy store lambs £60+ all day long. Suffolk gimmers were topped by Tony Shepherd of Eshton at £84 with Suffolk store lambs averaging £63.83.
