The pre-sale show was judged by Mr David Airey & Mr Matthew Airey of Sutton in Craven and prize money kindly sponsored by Windle Beech Winthrop Surveyors and JACS Trade & DIY Warehouse & VG Energy. The prize awards were as follows:

Best Pen of 10 Ewes

1^st – S&D Robinson, Halton Gill sold for £210 each

2^nd - J&JE Bradley, Penyghent sold for £235 each

3^rd - TW Cowperthwaite, Malham Moor sold for £180 each

Best Pen of 10 Gimmer Shearlings

1^st – Saddle End Farms, Chipping sold for £180 each

2^nd – JA Alderson, Barras sold for £230 each

3^rd – CT Akrigg, Cray sold for £180 each

The top price of the sale came from S&D Robinson who sold a pen of Gimmer Shearlings at £250 each. Chris Akrigg & Family of Cray presented their Annual consignment of Gimmer Shearlings that topped at £235 each and averaged £170. Alan Alderson of Barras achieved the same average for his consignment of Gimmer Shearlings that topped at £230.
