CCM Auctions conducted their Annual Sale of Swaledale Draft Ewes and Gimmer Shearlings at Skipton Mart on Saturday.
As anticipated swaledale draft ewes saw a reduction on the year in line with mule gimmer lambs. The good runs of sheep were well supported with bottom pens seeing the biggest fall on the year. None the less a good attendance of buyers with bidders for sheep throughout the day with the top prize 3 crop ewes av £145 the second to last vendor of the day.
