Younger 5/6-month-old softer goods £320-£380. Dairy bred Angus sold well with 5/7-month-old Blks selling regular at £520-£620 depending on condition and heifers £450-£540. Suckler bred Angus at 7/8 months of age sold to £720 from GD&JC Holme & Son, Skipton. Herefords sold to £920 from T Priestley, Keighley. Dairy bred Blue blks regular £580-£680 with heifers £500-£620 for 5/7-month-old goods. Tom Atkins sold his Dairy Blue bullocks to £680 for a pen of 6. Plenty of other continental cattle forward with prices all over from £400-£600. CR Green, Halifax sold a good pen of blue blks with frame and size ideal for summering selling to £810.

Ian Moorhouse, Dacre sold a nice run of suckled calves with best bullocks and heifers selling at £760-£880 and the harder farmed goods at £640-£720 depending on size and frame.

Bulls met a nice trade today with an active ringside of buyers wanting size and frame, JT Moran, Wigglesworth has a run of Mont and Flek bulls forward that sold from £690-£830 for 12 month old goods.
