336 Breeding Sheep

A quieter show of sheep with lambs this week with wet cold weather just damping the spirits form the trades seen over the early season, but better sorts still in the region of £90 per life. Older leaner ewes with young lambs just finding the market harder going, ideally lambs want to be at least 2 weeks plus to attract premium prices.
Several runs of Store and Gimmer hoggs forward for sale, Hurries Farm Otterburn making £126 and £128 of Geld Continental Hoogs, and store hoggs an excellent following at £99 to £108.

Please keep advising entries for the following week in good time, as usual we will operate our Weekly Online Catalogue for which we ask that you notify entries to the office by 12noon Friday prior to sale for inclusion. Thankyou.
