Store Hoggs a very nice trade today for the last Wednesday sale of the season. Store hoggs will now be sold every Monday following the ewes with lambs at foot.

Hoggs with strength £80-£95 with some continentals with size selling at £99-£109. Buyers just slightly cautious with the fat trade showing no signs of rising soon. Suffolks a similar trade to the continentals. A nice run of Swale hoggs BT&J Greaves & Son, Otley sold to £75. Several other runs seeing stringer lambs in the £60s, mediums at £55-£60, smalls £35-£44 with some plain little lambs selling to realisation.
